We have just completed the AI program kick-off at Raiffeisen Tech — an intense day marking the real start of our AI-driven transformation. We demonstrated that AI is not just a trend for us, but a strategic development direction that we aim to implement responsibly, securely, and tailored to the real needs of our teams. How did it all look in practice? Check out the highlights from the event.
Program Structure and Key Initiatives
During the event, we presented the AI program structure, including competency development (with the launch of the Yellow Belt program), hackathons, work on real use cases, and the Innovation Chats AI initiative. We also discussed key areas such as governance and cybersecurity.
Practical Applications in Daily Work
An important part of the event were the hands-on sessions, where we showed real-life examples of how AI can support everyday work:
- building a programming task end-to-end with AI agents — from task analysis and development to code review, while reducing repetitive work,
- automating TimePlus reporting with AI, based on real daily work scenarios and local data storage,
- using AI to speed up frontend development, including implementing interfaces directly from Figma designs while staying fully aligned with the design system and GDS components.
