In a rapidly changing world, continuous adaptation is crucial. This applies not only to the products we create but also to the way we operate. Whether you work in Scrum with a Scrum Master on your team or are far from agile methods, it’s important for your team to have the ability to improve itself.
Curious about how retrospectives help with adapting to change and how to guide them to make lasting improvements? You’ve come to the right place! At Meet Raiff #2, Joanna Giska, Scrum Master, spoke about retrospectives as the key to effectiveness.
We began our meetup by discussing why it's valuable to incorporate retrospectives into your processes and the benefits of conducting them regularly. We then demonstrated how to conduct a retrospective effectively by discussing the 5 stages of a retrospective. In the next part, we covered how to increase the likelihood of successfully implementing changes using a few simple tools. The final segment was a Q&A session with the participants.
Nothing lost! Watch the recording of the meeting.
