We develop cloud application based on newest architecture standards, as microservices with event-driven architecture. As a Modern System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transition to a fully Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) mode, bridging the gap between product owners and the development team. If you are enthusiastic about modern technologies, skilled at translating business expectations into behaviours, and experienced in advocating for Quality aspects in agile refinements, we invite you to join our team and lead the way into the future.

The core facts

  • As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the transition to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) mode, bridging the gap between product owners and the development team. 
  • Translating business expectations into project assumptions, refining them, creating diagrams, and running tests.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in maximizing the value delivered by the teams
  • Collaborating with Product Owner and Manager in developing common practices and standards for teams

Your core competences

  • Proficiency in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stack (microservices, AWS, EDA, ELK, CQRS, EventSourcing, Java 10, Kafka, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into behavioral models
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product owners and development teams
  • Bridging the gap between product owners and development teams
  • Experience in modelling integration and specifying business processes (e.g., input for Camunda)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of whole SDLC with CI/CD
  • Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies
  • Fluency in English - minimum level B2

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the test pyramid and experience in supporting teams in test design and implementation
  • Advocacy for DevOps and security aspects within agile environments
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA)
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance technics
  • Drive for continuous improvement of way of working
  • Understanding of machine learning and AI technologies

  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.
  • On site you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a fitness club, medical centers, a modern hotel, art galleries and museums.
  • Our office, like the entire complex, is eco positive and has been awarded the Breem Excellent certificate. 
  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
