About the job

As a RICE TAM Solution Engineer, you will help building and execute strategies to drive the adoption and use of our internal Real Time Integration platform. Your technical know-how and communication skills will enable you to effectively represent the RICE Platform in other tribes and product teams. You will provide advice and strategic technical, solution architecture guidance to help our users/engineers in other tribes. Your in-depth platform know-how will help our users to establish a solution which keep their environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with our users will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges and help them achieve the greatest value from the RICE Platform.

The core facts

  • Advise on technical support and product adoption for our internal users
  • Analyze our platform environments on a regular basis and provide recommendations that will maximize value out of the RICE usage.
  • Be the advocate for our internal engineering teams by knowing their goals and use cases then suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements. (adapters, mappings etc.)
  • Mentor and train the integration (Rest API) champions in RBIgroup
  • Close Collaboration with RICE leadership and platform feature teams to help identify new features
  • Continuously evolve best practice to API-adoption and customer success
  • Scripting, Automation and small developments in Java, python
  • Setup of APIs in Kong API Management solution
  • Being part of a multi-cultural team, bringing agile and DevOps thinking into life
  • Proactively drive onboarding activities
  • Provide excellent support to users or customers of the products

Nice to have (optional)

  • Knowledge of treasury products will be an advantage
  • Experience in international working environment

Your core competences

  • 3 years of professional experience in developing and operating software
  • Very good solution architecture understanding
  • Very good know-how of integration patterns and integration technologies
  • Experience with cloud concepts and providers
  • Good knowledge on security-related concepts and solutions
  • Experience in developing software (Java) and scripting skills (bash, Python, …)
  • End-to-end thinking and taking responsibility for your code and your product
  • Being born with an agile mindset
  • Very good command of English
  • Eligible to work in Poland

  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.

  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
