vacancy Backend Developer
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to implement new features using Go, design APIs and event-driven architectures, develop microservices, work with Apache Pulsar, automate CI/CD processes with ArgoCD, and collaborate within an international agile team to deliver high-quality solutions.
About the Job
In this role you will work in an international agile team, collaborating closely with frontend developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts while leveraging AI to accelerate feature development through spec-driven approaches.
The core facts
- Implement new features and improve the existing codebase primarily using Go
- Design APIs, event schemas, and event-driven architectures
- Apply AI tools to accelerate development and enable spec-driven development workflows
- Work with event-streaming and event-sourcing technologies, specifically Apache Pulsar
- Develop and maintain microservices or Functions as a Service (FaaS)
- Support and maintain Angular-based frontend integration (full-stack skills are a plus)
- Automate integration, testing, and deployment pipelines using declarative GitOps with ArgoCD
- Participate in requirements analysis and assist Product Owners by explaining system capabilities and limitations
- Take ownership of tasks and drive solutions forward with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively in an international agile environment
Your core competencies
- Proven senior-level experience in full stack software design and development
- Strong AI engineering skills, with hands-on experience using Claude Code/Copilot/Codex
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to coach and mentor technical teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines
- Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally for training and team eventsExperience with Docker; containers in general
- Experience with AWS services
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure experience: OpenShift, Kargo, ArgoCD, relational and non-relational databases, event streaming (Apache Pulsar)
