- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- Prototype and iterate on MVPs with full ownership, ensuring scalability, reliability, and usability
- Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency
- Conduct code reviews and security assessments to uphold engineering standards
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and colleagues on AI-driven development best practices
Your core competencies
- Proven senior-level experience in full stack software design and development
- Strong AI engineering skills, with hands-on experience using Claude Code/Copilot/Codex
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to coach and mentor technical teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines
- Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally for training and team events
- Experience with Docker; containers in generalExperience with AWS services
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure experience: OpenShift, Kargo, ArgoCD, relational and non-relational databases, event streaming (Apache Pulsar)
