About the job

The Agile Delivery Corporate Banking is developing Greenfield IT Solutions for the “Customer Master Data Management” of RBI Group. This fully supports RBIs vision to become most recommended bank in CEE. As an agile delivery unit we are working with state of the art technologies in the cloud.

The core facts

  • API definition in the context of Customer Data landscape
  • Support Product Owner in structuring, breaking down the backlog
  • Requirements engineering and business analysis in adaptive/agile organization
  • Define user story acceptance criteria
  • Provide inputs for user experience in order to bring high value and usability products
  • Ensure proper user acceptance tests and document the outcome of these tests

Your core competencies

  • Technical background with experience with Data Management, API definitions etc
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the digital area
  • Knowledge of Customer Masterdata management processes (in an corporate environment) is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
  • Very good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience working in Agile enviromnent
  • Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Fluent in English language for business purposes is a must

In December, the employees who started their employment relationship with us by January inclusive and who have an employment contract in force on the date of payment, will receive the 13th salary.
