We are looking for a Python Developer to join our Accounting & HR Department
About the Job
Our project focuses on building applications for the Accounting & HR Department in an agile setup. These provide reporting heavily used by the Accounting team for budgeting, forecasting, and related analyses. As a member of our team, you will support the development and implementation of small- and medium-scale systems and contribute to ongoing changes and new features as needs evolve.
The core facts
- Be a value-adding enabler for our agile product team, supporting DevOpsSec way of working
- Work with cross-functional teams to developer and implement small to medium system changes and continuous improvements
- Conduct validation tests, migrations, and participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Integrate new data sources and ensure their maintenance
- Provide support to end-users
- Work collaboratively - sharing knowledge and helping teammates in your areas of expertise
Your core competencies
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operating and developing software solutions with Python/Django
- Experience with databases (SQL)
- Professional experience with cloud computing with AWS, e.g. EC2/AWS based Linux, S3, or AWS Lambda
- Understanding importance of security in development and operations
- Affinity for IT processes and IT lifecycle management
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM or Kanban
- Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Terraform/CloudFormation experience
