We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (GenAI Engineering Platform) to automate deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
About the Job
In this role you’ll combine hands‑on engineering with operational excellence, supporting complex data platforms and GenAI services across multiple cloud ecosystems.
The core facts
- Automate deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production systems
- Implement and maintain observability solutions (logging, metrics, alerting) for AI services and data platforms
- Support the integration and operation of AI models, data services, and event-driven systems
- Ensure reliability and performance of systems running in cloud-native environments
- Work with modern GenAI platforms across Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps setup.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI platforms or data-driven systems
- Exposure to event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of additional languages (German or CEE languages)
Your core competencies
- Proven experience with Linux system administration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with scripting/programming (Python or Java) for automation
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and REST APIs
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and production environments
- Proficient English skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
