  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.
  • On site you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a fitness club, medical centers, a modern hotel, art galleries and museums.
  • Our office, like the entire complex, is eco positive and has been awarded the Breem Excellent certificate. 
  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
  • On a daily basis we segregate waste, save water and light, and in the summer season we take care of the meadow on the terrace. 
  • Every employee has a perfectly fitted and adjustable desk, ergonomic chairs and a comfortable locker.
  • Since we meet on an ad-hoc basis, we have ensured that sudden meetings do not create problems. Our office has a smart and mobile space that we adapt to current needs.
  • For cycling enthusiasts, we provide secure parking, showers and lockers in one of the underground garages.
  • Parking in Warsaw can be cumbersome and expensive, but not here. We offer free underground parking.

The application process

Screening call with HR (30-60min)

During the call, we will give you more details according to the company and role and ask you a few questions related to your experience and expectations.

Interview (60 min)

Depending on the role, it could be one or two interviews. Online meeting is an opportunity to see if there is a match between us. We would like to know you better, understand what you bring to the team from technical and soft skills' perspective. You can meet your future colleagues from IT and HR team, get more information about the role, ask questions and have a flavour of our culture and atmosphere.

Online technical interview – optional (60-90 min)

Our recruitment process requires an additional stage - a technical interview, which usually takes place with the project team you want to join and involves a short, real-world case study.

We will make you an offer and in case you accept it will start planning your onboarding.
