Scrum Master
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master who is ready to take on the challenges of working with two scrum teams, in a scaled setup.
About the job
Working with us, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team designing and maintaining one of our financial sector applications. The team you will join functions in a scaled set-up.
The core facts
- Supporting two scrum teams in self-organization
- Assessing the maturity of the teams and supporting them in reaching the next levels
- Supporting the Product Owner in maximizing the value delivered by the teams
- Ensuring adherence to the developed Scrum-based collaboration principles
- Promoting good Agile practices in the organization
- Collaborating with Product Owner and Manager in developing common practices and standards for teams
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters of other teams and within the SM guilds in the organization
Your core competences
- The ability to adapt to the culture and needs of the organization
- English at a level that allows you to communicate freely (B2/C1)
- Ability to implement improvements in team effectiveness
- Ability to build relationships and manage conflict effectively
- At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master, PSM I or PSM II certifications welcome
- Experience in an IT environmen
- Experience working in a scaled setup
- Practical knowledge of the software development process
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence applications
