T24 Hub

T24 Hub is a central competence and delivery unit supporting key core banking projects within the RBI Group. It is involved in technical system upgrades carried out for Tatra Banka, Raiffeisen Bank International AG – Branch Beijing, and Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo. At the same time, it supports migration projects, including data migration at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, migration of the existing core banking system at Raiffeisen Bank Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as system migration at Tatra Banka Slovakia.

STL is a decision-making engine that integrates with local systems to assess customer creditworthiness and support process automation, using data from RBI Group banks and public sources.

The assessment performed by the engine focuses on two main areas:

  1. Determining whether the customer qualifies for the fast-track path offered by STL.The verification covers a range of criteria, such as customer type, rating (or its approximation in the case of prospects), current level of indebtedness, cash flow, length of the relationship with the bank, etc.
  2. Determining the maximum financing amount—both in terms of time horizon and product scope—that the bank can offer to a given customer.

Currently, STL is live and operating in production at Tatra banka. In 2025, banks in Serbia, Albania, and Romania will start using the engine.

NMADB, or New Master Agreement Database, is a project carried out within the IC Experience area. Our tasks include creating new solutions to replace the current VDB system.

NMADB

NMADB, or New Master Agreement Database, is a project carried out within the IC Experience area. Our tasks include creating new solutions to replace the current VDB system.

Our goal is to build a modern and scalable system from scratch for managing framework and product agreements in the Treasury domain. The system will be used not only by employees at our Headquarters but also by staff at any of the 14 Group Banks, each with access limited to their own data. The system will allow defining and entering new agreements, describing them with a range of parameters that can be used, among other things, for searching or retrieving key contract characteristics—without the need to read multi-page paper documents.

ESG Data Hub

It is a project which address issues related to European Union requirements regarding ESG. Our project currently consists of three key components: GAIA, ESG Datahub, and Data Quality.

ESG Data Hub

This project addresses European Union ESG requirements. The team currently operates in three key areas: GAIA, ESG Datahub, and Data Quality. It works iteratively, combining technological expertise (APEX, Java, Angular) with domain knowledge to deliver effective and flexible solutions for the business.

GAIA

The Green Assessments Identification App enables automated evaluation of client compliance with EU ESG requirements. The system replaces outdated solutions and allows headquarters staff and RBI Group banks to verify ESG data only for their respective areas.

ESG Datahub

The team collects and integrates all ESG data in one place, streamlining information flow to operational systems and generating business insights. It integrates various data formats, stores datasets from external providers, creates an ESG 360-view, and uses analytics to support business decision-making.

Data Quality

The goal is to ensure ESG data quality and meet BCBS 296 requirements on operational risk management. The system allows monitoring, assessing, and mitigating operational risk, supporting the bank’s financial stability.
