About the job

We are seeking an Application Tester and User Support professional to join our Service Management Team. Your primary focus will be on conducting end-user testing of our APEX Platform (Databricks), documenting any changes, and preparing blueprints for end users. Additionally, you will support onboarding new users.

  • Perform end-user testing on the APEX Platform
  • Document changes and updates to the platform
  • Prepare blueprints and guides for end users
  • Onboard and train new users
  • Collaborate with the Service Management Team to enhance user experience
  • Work closely with Senior Testing Engineer and DevOps Team
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues as needed

Your core competences

  • At least 5 years in IT, with profound expertise in application testing
  • Extensive experience with Databricks or other cloud-based platforms
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • We start work between 7:00 , and 11:00.
  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.
  • On site you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a fitness club, medical centers, a modern hotel, art galleries and museums.
  • Our office, like the entire complex, is eco positive and has been awarded the Breem Excellent certificate. 
  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
  • On a daily basis we segregate waste, save water and light, and in the summer season we take care of the meadow on the terrace.

  • Since we meet on an ad-hoc basis, we have ensured that sudden meetings do not create problems. Our office has a smart and mobile space that we adapt to current needs.

  • Parking in Warsaw can be a hassle and expensive, but not with us. We offer you free parking.
