Frontend Developer

We are seeking a professional Frontend Developer to join one of our Engineering teams in the Compliance Division, with a primary focus on supporting Capital Markets Compliance and Financial Crime Management requirements. You will build and maintain Angular applications that enable compliant trading workflows, surveillance, transaction reporting and auditable user interfaces.

About the job

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement an UI Frontend in Angular for two of our Web Applications used by RBI and its subsidiaries (30.000 users+).
  • Collaborate closely with Capital Markets Compliance and Financial Crime Management business departments to operationalize regulatory requirements (MiFID II, transaction reporting regimes) into UI/UX designs and technical controls.
  • Support integration into our CI/CD pipelines, controlled deployments and change management.
  • Write unit, integration and E2E tests covering compliance scenarios; provide test evidence for internal and external audits if necessary.
  • Mentor peers on compliance-aware frontend practices and contribute to component library governance for consistent control implementation.

Required skills & experience

  • 2+ years professional frontend development experience (or equivalent), with production Angular (Angular 20+, NX, in house design system) projects.
  • Strong TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/Sass and responsive design skills.
  • Ability to transform provided Figma Mockups into high quality Application Frontends.
  • Familiar with testing frameworks (Jest) and E2E testing tools (Playwright), able to produce test artifacts.
  • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Ecosystem).
  • Interest in AI driven development with GitHub CoPilot.
  • Soft skills like agile mindset, pro-active attitude and team orientation are a must. You will be part of an international, distributed and diverse team.
  • Fluent English is necessary. German skills are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with REST integration, cloud deployments and containerization.
  • Basic understanding of security and privacy controls in frontend code (CSP, secure token handling, input validation, data minimization).

Interview (60 min)
