About the job

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our IPS team. The main objective of the IPS (Institutional Prime Services) is to provide prime-brokerage service that covers worldwide markets and asset classes (equities, bonds, etds, Fx). Our aim is for the customer to have direct access to a number of trading venues, placing particular emphasis on having all related services under the so-called 'one roof'.

Your core competences

  • Very good working knowledge of Java (min 3 years)
  • Any eTrading experience is a plus. Recent FIX Protocol experience is a must
  • Structured working approach and problem-solving skills
  • Very good command of English (min B2)
  • Motivation to constantly improve and learn new technologies
  • Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum

  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.

  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
