About the job
We are looking for a skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join us and help developing Collections solution on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have as extensive knowledge of Salesforce's suite of products and services. An experience in the Retail Risk or Debt Collections will be a huge asset.
The core facts:
- Work with Collections experts in RBI Network Banks to gather and analyse Collections requirements and provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Develop and document functional specifications for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations Configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the requirements, including customisations and integrations with other systems
- Participating hands-on in product enhancement and continues development
Your core competences:
- Experience in a functional consulting role, with a focus on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is advantage)
- Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking, Retail Risk or Debt Collections
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's suite of products and services, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agile mindset and be familiar with agile way of work
- You are eligible to work in Poland
- Fluency in English
