About the job

As a Senior Designer on our mobile design systems team, you'll shape the future of our group-wide design system. You'll develop and maintain core components while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless implementation across all products and platforms.

The core facts

  • Develop and maintain design system foundations, components, and patterns across platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and developer specifications.
  • Continuously improve the system based on feedback, trends, and evolving patterns.
  • Advocate for design system adoption, providing guidance and support to product teams.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and share knowledge across the team.
  • Drive improvements in Design Ops, refining tools and workflows for team efficiency.

Your core competences

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with 2+ years working on or contributing to design systems.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Figma libraries and token systems.
  • Strong experience documenting design standards, patterns, and component specifications for developers.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user experience.
  • Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) with ability to implement accessible components.
  • Excellent communication skills—presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design work and documentation.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable building momentum in ambiguous spaces.
  • Experience in Mobile application.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Background in enterprise companies.
  • Experience merging or consolidating multiple design systems into a system.
  • Motion design and animation specification expertise (Rive).
  • Technical knowledge or coding skills that aid collaboration with engineers.
  • Experience with AI and automation to improve design outcomes

  • We start work between 7:00 , and 11:00.
  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.
  • On site you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a fitness club, medical centers, a modern hotel, art galleries and museums.
  • Our office, like the entire complex, is eco positive and has been awarded the Breem Excellent certificate. 
  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
  • On a daily basis we segregate waste, save water and light, and in the summer season we take care of the meadow on the terrace. 
  • Every employee has a perfectly fitted and adjustable desk, ergonomic chairs and a comfortable locker.
  • Since we meet on an ad-hoc basis, we have ensured that sudden meetings do not create problems. Our office has a smart and mobile space that we adapt to current needs.
  • For cycling enthusiasts, we provide secure parking, showers and lockers in one of the underground garages.
  • Parking in Warsaw can be cumbersome and expensive, but not here. We offer free underground parking.

Interview (60 min)

Depending on the role, it could be one or two interviews. Online meeting is an opportunity to see if there is a match between us. We would like to know you better, understand what you bring to the team from technical and soft skills' perspective.
