We are looking for a talented, passionate Technical Application Specialist who will be responsible for running, configuring, and maintaining an important banking application in the area of Capital Markets (Derivatives Clearing Solution).

The core facts

  • Administration, management, and monitoring of provided services and interfaces to ensure their continuous operation
  • Resolving incidents or problems related to managed service (2nd line of support) 
  • Maintaining system configuration of provided service on request
  • Support in the change and release process of the service
  • Analyzing system logs and software errors
  • Closely cooperating with application Vendor in the area of maintenance of application components as well as further development of the service
  • Collaborating with administrators of IT resources needed to provide managed service
  • Contributing to the creation of IT system maintenance standards
  • Maintaining technical documentation

Nice to have (optional)

  • Knowledge of treasury products will be an advantage
  • Experience in international working environment

Your core competences

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Application Specialist, System Analyst or similar role. 
  • Ability to work in Unix and Windows environment
  • Familiarity with Rest API and ETL solutions
  • Proven experience with SQL and Oracle database
  • Basic development skills in Java or C#
  • Experience working with Jira or Confluence
  • Knowledge of change, development and rollout of applications in a DevOps environment.
  • Very good command of English

  • We start work between 7:00 and 11:00.
  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.
  • The obligatory model is a minimum of one day a week in the office, but the decision to be on site is taken by the project teams together with their managers.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.

  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.

Interview (60 min)
